Cashify Diagnose 3.1.6

Mobile Diagnostics app that assists in evaluating the functional status of a smartphone.

Cashify Diagnose aids in assessing the operational condition of a user's device for potential trade-in with a partner, facilitating the acquisition of a new phone.

1. The user is required to download and install the application on the same device intended for trade-in as specified on the partner's platform.

2. Following installation, the user must initiate the designated diagnostic tests on the device, after granting the necessary app permissions to begin.

3. Upon completion of all prescribed tests, an Exchange Reference Code will be generated on the app's final screen, signifying the conclusion of the evaluation process.

4. The pickup/delivery representative will scan the Exchange Reference Code from their device, verify the IMEI number, and formalize the transaction.

Note: The application should remain installed on the user's device (without resetting phone settings) until the trade-in order transaction is confirmed by the pickup/delivery representative.

1. The user is requested to hand over the old device post-resetting and receive the new phone package from the pickup/delivery representative.
